  Darwin reached out to me hoping to earn my business. I decided to give him a shot and perhaps put him on my preferred vendors list however, he made arrangements to come view my client's property for a quote twice and never showed up! Not once did I receive a text or phone call to inform me that he was not going to make it on the second reschedule. My client drove from Tampa to meet him at 1pm as planned for the reschedule and never heard from him or anyone from the company. It concerns me with the lack of professionalism that no one had the decency to contact or show up as promised, let alone be able to get the job in due diligence. Definitely will not refer Florida Remodeling Contractors to my brokerage or other agents!
